Poach the smoked haddock in the milk by bring milk to a simmer place the haddock in the milk and set aside till cooled approx.
10 minutes.
Remove from milk discard skin and flake haddock into large chunks.
Crack and beat 6 eggs with a little salt and pepper till fully mixed.
Add to eggs to a hot non stick pan with a little oil in it and cook the eggs till nearly done by stirring the eggs then add the smoked haddock and grated cheese and place under a pre-heated grill till the cheese is golden and melted.
Serve with a crisp salad.
